IdentityForge AI started from a small, specific annoyance: writing a bio for one platform, then rewriting the same idea five more times because every network has its own character limit, its own tone, its own audience. We built the tool we wanted for ourselves first.
Why we don't call this AI when it isn't
Most tools in this space do the same thing: wrap a generic template in the word "AI" and hope nobody checks. We didn't want to build that. The free tier here runs on a rule-based engine that lives entirely in your browser — not because a real language model wasn't available to us, but because for the actual job of writing a platform-sized bio from a name, a profession, and a couple of interests, a well-designed template system does the job honestly, instantly, and without sending a single word you type to anyone.
That's the trade we made on purpose: speed and privacy over the appearance of sophistication. Your bio generates in under a second because nothing leaves your device to be processed by a server. The bio and username tools need no account because there's nothing of yours for an account to protect. We're not against AI — we're against pretending.
What it actually does
IdentityForge AI is a free tool that generates bios for Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Threads in one pass, checks whether your desired username is available on all seven, and scores what you end up with — broken into clarity, niche relevance, personality, keywords, and call-to-action — so you know exactly what to fix before you post it.
Why it's free
Bio generation runs as a rule-based engine directly in your browser, so there's essentially no server cost to us per use. The username availability check does now touch our own server (it checks each platform's public profile pages on your behalf, briefly, without logging what you searched) — it's the one exception to the "nothing leaves your device" rule, and we're upfront about it on the tool itself. Keeping it free is sustainable because we kept it simple. The bio and username tools don't ask for an account, an email address, or a credit card.
Who's behind it
IdentityForge AI is built and maintained by Md Abdur Rouf Mia, an independent developer rather than a large company. That's a deliberate choice: no investor pressure to upsell you, no dark patterns, no account wall between you and the bio and username tools.
