This Privacy Policy explains how IdentityForge AI ("we", "us") handles information when you use identityforgeai.beeznez.com.

The short version

The bio generator, username checker and Bio Score need no account, and we do not collect the name, profession, or interests you type into the bio generator, and do not store that information on our servers. Bio generation runs entirely in your browser using a local rule-based engine — that part is never transmitted to us. The one exception is the username you check for availability, which is sent transiently to our server to complete the platform lookup and is not stored beyond a short cache; see the section below for exactly how that works.

Username availability checks

When you check a username, your browser sends the platform and the username to our own server (a WordPress REST endpoint we operate), which then checks the corresponding public profile page on that platform on your behalf and returns the result. We updated this in September 2026 — it previously routed through a third-party proxy service, which we replaced with our own server-side check for reliability (see the checker status and changelog), and as a side effect one fewer third party now sees the request. We do not log or permanently store the usernames people check; results are held in a short-lived server cache (up to 6 hours) purely to avoid re-checking the same handle repeatedly, and that cache is not tied to your identity, IP address, or visit in any way we access. We also cache the result in your browser's local storage for 24 hours for the same reason; that browser-side cache lives only on your device.

Saved Identities (optional, local only)

If you use the "Save this identity" feature, the inputs and bios you generated are stored in your browser's local storage — not on our servers, and not tied to any account. Saved identities are visible only to you, stay only on the device you saved them on, and disappear if you clear that browser's site data or click Delete. We have no way to see, back up, or recover what you've saved.

Cookies and analytics

We may use standard website analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic (which pages are visited, roughly how many people visit) . Analytics data is aggregate and not tied to the content you generate in the tool. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; the tool's core bio-generation functionality will still work.

Contact forms

If you use the contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent directly to our email inbox to allow us to respond. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact form submission, and we don't share that information with third parties except as needed to operate our email service.

Data retention

Bio inputs (name, profession, interests) are never sent to our servers, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on that front. Username checks pass through our server transiently to complete the platform lookup and are held only in a short-lived cache (up to 6 hours), not a permanent log. Saved identities live only in your browser's local storage, never on our servers. Contact form messages are kept in our inbox for as long as reasonably needed to resolve your inquiry.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (in practice, this is limited to any contact form message you've sent us). Email abdurrouf751@beeznez.com to make such a request.
